Dave - or whoever does this bit of the forum

I would like the ability to bookmark a post, not the whole thread as at present.....

Other forums do number (and I know we do now) their threads, and then have the list of posts to that thread, as 1 of ?, 2 of ? etc.,

Sometimes, it is just a single post within a thread that you want to keep...

Any chance?

Hi Carol

Dead simple (must be if I can do it).

look just above your avatar and you see a number, the number on your post above is 364931. If you click on this number the url in the title bar will then change to a post-specific one which you can then bookmark.

You can Carol, there is a number at the top left of each post, just copy the url.

I do not know the answer for MHF. I do know though if using Firefox you right click bookmark the specific number on top left and this is book marked into Firefox book marks

Thanks fellas....I got that, but I have that many bookmarks in Firefox I was hoping there was a way for the bookmarks within MHF to do it....

I currently bookmark from the right hand side any threads, but that does a thread,not a post...and some threads get awful long and you have to read the lot to find the one that was important....
