I want to take the van down to East Fife (St Andrews / Crail / Anstruther area) for a few days this month, mainly to see the snowdrop spectacular at Cambo Estate just south of St Andrews. However I have been spectacularly unsuccessful in finding any site open at this time of year. I have found a couple of Certified Sites in the area but neither has hardstanding, which is pretty crucial at this time of year for a 4 ton motorhome! Does anybody know of a suitable place (including Certified Site or Certified Location) open this time of year with hardstanding pitches?
Thanks for any advice.

Hi Tony
I have only just came across your post, you don't mention when in February you wish to travel.

The only thing I can come up with is

http://www.totaltravel.co.uk/travel/scotland/central-fife/Dunfermline/accommodation/caravan/pettycur-bay-holiday-park/details/

not sure if it is close enough to Crail for you

There is a CL at Strathkinness just about 3m from St Andrews. It has electrics, is open all year and has one hard standing (albeit a fairly small one)

Thanks for the replies - I've booked into the Strathkiness CL and am looking forward to a nice few days over in the East Neuk. Thanks again,
Tony
