all you do is put the pole temporarily up in the shower room. Hang the wet clothes on hangars. Turn on the blown air heater, open the shower vent or window and wait till dry.
In winter the heater will probably be on anyway and in hot weather just close the vents in the living area or let dry naturally.
I have used this method about 4 times now and for rainy weather it works great but please check that it is safe in your van first and always keep an eye on things until you are sure.
I dont know why I didnt think of this before !
by the way, if you are extra lazy like me then you will be pleased to know that most things dont really need ironing using this method
