Going to Scotland on Tuesday for 5 nights along the Road to the isles after a visit to Ben Nevis. Does anyone know of any campsites open this time of year, or have any tips for me.
Thanks
Russell

I will have a look for sites that are open tonight when I have more time.
I think they are few and far between in that area at this time of the year but there are plenty of places to just pull up and overnight on the road to the isles.
One site on the way up to Fort William that I would reccomend is Invercoe, open all year, very tidy and views to die for. Its at the end of Glencoe itself, just off the main road.
Have fun
Bunree camp at Onich site opens 14th Feb as does
Morvich at Sheil Bridge
EDIT sorry, the above sites open 14th March not Feb
There is a CC CL open all year at Tigh-na-Bruaich, Traigh nr Arisaig that looks quite nice, you will get a phone number or email link at www.traighgolf.co.uk
I would still camp wild though, lots of possibilities and theres a much friendlier aproach to wild camping up north
Hope the weather is kind to you
