Sorry Helen
It is my fault for rushing the message. I have only just got one e-mail notification this afternoon - not this morning Embarassed

Normally I get an e-mail for every response but all I received was the one from Tincan telling me I had a PM (which I haven't!)

Does that make any more sense?

More haste....more mistakes Embarassed

The grass is not, in fact, always greener on the other side of the fence. Fences have nothing to do with it. The grass is greenest where it is watered. When crossing over fences, carry water with you and tend the grass wherever you may be.

Has anyone had any experience of the "no-water" cleaners that are always being advertised in club magazines and the like ? I'm not sure how / if they avoid grinding the dirt into the surface but they would be excellent for our use as we have no access to water at the farm where we keep the van.

Met a guy on Saturday who cleaned his van with Miracledrywash. It looked fantastic and did not take long. He reckons you can get about two cleans on a caravan out of one bottle and the water just runs off afterwards. Have just ordered a bottle £10.99 inc postage.

Thanks John and Noel. I think we'll give it a whirl especially between trips when there is no time to bring the van home and get the hose out.
