Paris - Do things close down over Easter?

Hi everyone

We will be in Paris 20-24th March, covering Easter. My question is: Do a lot of places close down as it is Easter?

I have checked the tourist information site for Paris and the Eiffel Tower appears to be open over Easter.

I'm sure there will be someone out there who knows.
