Hi everybody....can anybody tell me how I stand with a warranty...the van is 16 months old which I have owned from new and was purchased from...shall we say a large dealership...a crack has appeared in the rear skirt above the rear lights which I think is a hidden fixing which has been over tightened at manufacture,,now the dealer has said he is contacting the manufacture to see what they intend to do about it but is'nt my grouse with the dealer who should rectify the fault and then it is up to them to contact and argue with the manufacturer...just wondered what other peoples experiences were....the van is a rapido..cheers

Hi

Agreed with the above, and also, what period does your warranty cover? What are the exclusions etc?

Russell
