Greetings all,

Although reasonably competent with my PC I am having difficulty setting up BT Yahoo Parental Control.

I'm okay with the bit where you take an email sub account (the child's) and apply the required level of Control to it, but when the child first logs on to XP Home (being one of three users), how does the computer know to activate Parental Control on just that one XP user account? In other words, how do I link the child's email account with the Control applied, to the same child's log-on at XP start up?

I'd appreciate hearing from someone who has got this up and running!

(I have spoken to India and emailed and was referred to India again - nuff said)!

Thanks

Moley

Thanks for prompt reply Mike.

I had already Googled, searched this forum, and been through the official help pages. rang the helpdesk and emailed the helpdesk.
What I have not done is carried on with the set up as there is a problem accessing the sub account I want to work on Mad Separate issue.

Very possibly, further down the process, I might find what I'm looking for?

Moley
