I am sure it is noted somewhere but I cannot seem to find it.

If I want to download a file . Tom tom, POI's for Spain can someone tell me exactly how this is done.

I am not totally computer illiterate but I do not understand the sequence

Help please

i managed to get the download in a ZIP format,n which I guess is normal?

how do I then download the ZIP file onto the Tom Tom ?

Hi

The zip file is a compressed file, and will probably 'contain' two files - a bmp image file and an OV2 (I think) data file.

If you're using Windows XP, you can just double click the file, and there is an option on the left to "Extract these files". This will produce the two files, which then need to be downloaded to the TomTom into the Western Europe maps area.

You cannot download the ZIP file, because the TomTom won't understand what it is.
