Hi

Cannot comment on the particular model, but my auntie has had three Suzuki cars as follows.

C reg Alto - kept it until....

R reg Alto - kept it untl.....

55 plate Alto.

I drove all three over time and they were nippy enough.

R

Lovely little things! Rev the nuts off the thing and smile like an idiot. Laughing The body shop next door to my mates 'shop had a Honda Beat and did a lovely smarten up job on it . The Honda owner swore by it as an everyday car. Not too sure meself! Either way, take your time and find a good one and you'll have great fun and a drop top to boot. FSH obviously totally vital and dealer service only. H

I quite fancied one of these myself a few years ago and found one at a garage but they wanted daft money for it saying it was collectable
I did have a SC100 (Whizz Kid) for a while but the bodywork soon started to rot and you don't see many about these days so I suppose they didn't last.
Sticking with a Smart Cabriolet for now

thanks lads, we already have an honda 2000 and can confirm the reliability is next to none. we have it 7 years and its taken out of wraps for the 2 months of summer, and has always started first go.

so i like top down driving, ideally i would love to use it for towing but its to heavy, so hence the little suzuki cappuccino .

can't think of any other car that my fit the bill. ! Confused

Owned one for the last eight years as a summer car, it still has only 50k on the clock, never missed a beat. Been to Norway in it, great piece of kit. Only 1100 imported into UK by Suzuki, but grey market has imported quite a few more.
