I am thinking of buying one of these as an additional line of defence whilst the Motorhome is parked on the drive. Has anyone had experience of this type of wheel clamp, are they any good and do you have to remove the wheel trim to fit them? Alternatively has anyone any other type of wheel clamp that they would recommend?

bid Very Happy

Hi bid

I have one of those, bought it when I first had the truck and was paranoid about security.

Its easy to use, don't know about the wheel trim bit, as they are not fitted on our Fiat.

to be honest it lives in the garden shed most of the time, and if I was doing it again, I would not bother.

The Disklok, however, its always on, take it away with us every time. Definately recommend it.

hope this helps

Geoff
