No you cant carry 3600kg, basically
the first line (2800KG) is the maximum gross vehicle weight (Maximum laden weight)
the second line (3600KG) is the maximum permissible towing weight i.e trailer weight.
the third line (1460KG) is the maximum front axle loading
the forth line 1460KG) is the maximum rear axle loading.

I stand to be corrected but I think your gross weight is 2800kg. 3,600 is the gross train weight - van and trailer. The last 2 figures are your maximum axle weights but although they add up to more than your gross weight you can not exceed 2800kg in total.

thanks to all now to find a weigh bridge one more question do you get stoped a lot in france and taken to weigh bridge
....well it has never happened to me..... and I have never seen anywhere where you could be weighed.

Russell and everyone else
The French authorities don't need to take you to a weigh bridge - they carry mobile weighing plates (same as we now do) and they use them as and when they think it's necessary. Oh, and the fine has to be paid on the spot or you don't go anywhere, as well as getting the vehicle down to its legal weight.
