Great service from Steve Carding at Leisuretimes on the A50 in Stoke-On-Trent.
They are primarily a small caravan dealer, authorised Dethleffs & Compass agents.
Steve did a super job for us with our first year habitation service.
He did quite a few jobs for us, unprompted & under warranty......
Make adjustments to habitation door fit, & make good someone else's previous bodge job of butchering the hinges.
Fix wardrobe door catch.
Replace broken 240 mains inlet flap / cover.
Repair upper locker catches.
Excellent, especially when you consider that they weren't the supplying dealer.
Today, he fitted & vented extra leisure batteries & fixed the heater element of our roof air-con, not for free i might add, but a great service makes parting with your cash so much less painful.
If you're in the Stoke-On-Trent area (miles from the nearest Dethleffs Motorcaravan agent) you could do alot worse than to pay him a visit, a very nice chap to do business with.
