work and fulltiming Forums

Am considering going full time,we are both in our early forties so would need to work.We would probably rent out house to cover mortage rather than sell.I own a small family construction business which one of my sons would take over. Question is,what do or what are the options of earning a living when fulltiming & is the pay anygood.I can pretty much do anything concerning building work of any description and my wife is an hairdresser.Any senseable tips welcome. No different to when you live in a house - better in fact. You can pitch the motorhome fairly close to work and cut down your commuting etc.

Thanks for the reply russ but not sure how many of my previous customers would of appreciated me parking motorhome outside house,did use it on a school contract the once,working 16 hour days so it was easy just to shower and get in bed. Dave

If you are just looking for some work to pay the day-to-day expenses, you can get work on campsites. Some of it is seasonal, some all year. Wages range from provinding you with a pitch (an insult) to £100-£300 a week.

There was a company looking for bulders with Plumbing or Gas experience removing old and instaling new statics in France. There minimum pay was £200 a week and could last all year.
