Can anyone tell me why I have lost the line that goes accross your page so when you click on an email to read it comes up on the bottom of the screen. At the moment it has gone to click on and the email comes up in a small box with the option to enlarge to full screen. Since putting Norton on I have had all sort of problems(not with my laptop but the HP Tower -Slow to start (7 minutes) I've just done a restart and the screen was blank for 3 minutes and has now got 'welcome' 40 secs, then icons on display, I notice that in bottom right corner 'Norton' is the last to come up after a long pause.

If your PC was working OK before you installed Norton, I would delete Norton and try some other protection software - sounds like it's causing you all sorts of problems, just get rid of it!

It is the "preview pane" that is missing...when I helped you the other day I got you to switch off the preview because you were worried about spam and viruses:

Hi Spykal,
Yes I have the printout of your instructions, thanks for coming back to me on that, sorry to be a pain. I also agree Norton is the problem - but at the moment its not on my laptop so I not stirring up a can of worms with u know who Twisted Evil Time will tell, might just be a slip of the delete from software box!! We shall see. Thanks for everyones help, I've learnt so much over the time I have been a member and hope I can contribute with Sites, Aires and tech advice on m.h's in future.
