Hi,

the other day I filled in the on-line quotation form at the Saga website. When I'd finished it invited me to either buy the insurance or save the quote for future reference. I saved it. to my surpirse the documentation arrived through the post the next day, saying the policy would be activiated when the account was paid. That's fine. I've decided I'll take the insurance, so I'm happy to pay.

Saga offer a 20% discount for paying on line so I went back to the website to organise payment but everytime I go to the "Retrieve a Quote" page and enter in my Username and Quote ID it comes up with a screen saying they're having problems (and at the same time updating their site) and are unable to give me a quote. This has been going on since last Saturday.

Anyone having similar trouble? I find it hard to believe that a company doing so much trading on the internet would allow their website to be malfunctioning for so long.

Any suggestions?

Hi, I,too, have been unable to access the Saga website to get quote paid.

Hate having to hold on the telephone!!!

I had the same problem, what you do is start from scratch and repeat the application. the retrieve a quote never works
