Does anyone know of a range of maps of France comparable to our ordenance survey versions?
On my many trips I have used so many different ones but have yet to find anything as good.................... am in a well advanced stage of planning a 2year trip and would find something of that ilk more than a little useful.......
Many thanks,
Trevor

carte bleu series are 1:25000 and are considered the OS equivalent, but having used them extensively for cycling in France IMHO they are not so quite so reliable. Michelin's smallest scale which I think are 1:50000 are very good, but through necessity they do have to miss off many of the smaller roads.

will ship you any you need. They are cheaper in France, and widely available, from supermarkets and newsagents. They will only be for the local area though. Happy planning!
