I have just tried to contact Sureterm for a quote, the number on their web site "no longer available" the 0845 number from Yell.com no longer in use.

Any thoughts ?

Well I just read your post and then rang the number ...no problem got straight through to them ... there is no problem with the 0800 999 2030 it works just fine for me ...

Hi takaflight

I have managed to get one other person to try the number ( Nuke) and he did not get through, he got the same message as you. I can get through no problem, so I have spoken with Sureterm ( via the 0800 999 2030 number) and informed them that they may have an issue with it.

I have now rung in to that number 3 times in total, no problem at all. A bit of a mystery Rolling Eyes

Just thought our land line is ex-directory, therefore their system may not accept incoming calls without being able to see a number.

Out of interest is line that nuke used Ex-directory ?
