I have seen that Wellhouse Leisure, are converting the Nissan Civilian bus to order.
This could be the nearest manageable sized bus conversion for the UK.
Does anyone know about the engine it is a 4.2TD? Any other information could be very useful.

Hello,

I own the Civilian, its the same engine as the Nissan Patrol as we have here in the UK. I drove the van back from Liverpool port last week and it drove fantastic up and down the hilss on the M62 at 65mph didn't loose speed on the hills. Its due to be converted in a few weeks so keep an eye on our website.

Welcome David,

If you can produce a late model Nissan Civilian, ready-converted, at those sort of prices, I think you've got an excellent business on your hands!

Any chance of a sneak preview of proposed layout?

Barry
