I have recently bought a Pilote A8 on a Fiat Ducato Chassis. 2.8JTD It was given its annual service but not by a Fiat dealer. It is now on a daily countdown to next service. Is there any way to clear this manually, or do I have to bring it to the dealer to be cleared by laptop.

hi wayfarer and welcome to the site.
as i understand it - only the franchised dealers can reset the service data. don't know that it's that critical that you get it done, although it may effect resale value if the base vehicle doesn't get requisite stamps on the service record.
Our VW was last serviced - by VW dealer - they seem to have misset computer which now informs me that a service is due, even tho manual recording states there are another 1500 miles to go! Rolling Eyes

Cool
