Welcome

I would definately endorse what other Burstner owners have said and have a serious look at the 747 or 748.

Our 821 is great but perhaps not as child friendly as above and with the hike in the euro is getting rather pricey.

Hi David

Accomodation is very flexible. Two of the kids sleep in the overcab area and our third one uses the reclining bench seat so we never make up the dinette. The wife and I have the rear bedroom.

The length of the vehicle is generally not a problem and has not stopped us going where we want. Kerbside parking is no problem but we take up 4 spaces at the local Tesco when stocking up. Smile

Council car parks can be a pain because of height restrictions and over zealous wardens if you stray outside white lines but that applies to most vans...just more so with the Argos..lol

On holiday we try to pick somewhere to park for a few days and then use our bicycles to get about locally.

Were you shopping for a LHD vehicle specifically?

Not sure where you are in the country but if anywhere near to north oxfordshire I would be happy to show you over ours and point out all the good and not so good design features.

Regards

Ed

Hi Ed,

I drive a LHD car all week so I don't think it would be a problem for the MH to be LHD.
I also like the idea of LHD for when we go touring abroad. The only downside is overtaking and oblique junctions. Not sure what the visibility is like on a LHD Argos.
Thanks for the offer of the tour of your van by the way. We will be going to the next show so hopefully we can see one there.
Cheers,
David.

Have been looking at the prices in Germany and they are about the same price as 747's in the UK.
