Hi there, just joined this forum. I don't have a motorhome but it's one of my dreams! I think I need to win the lottery first though (don't do the lottery so I could be in trouble). My parents had a caravan when we were children and I really enjoyed our caravanning holiday.
I really like the Motorhomes you get now which to a little car behind them, it always seemed a shame to me that wherever you went you had to take the whole thing with you so that's a brilliant idea.
Off to dreamland - touring the world in my motorhome!!

Welcome to MHF, I hope you get to realise your dreams and own a motorhome, otherwise you could treat yourself and rent one for a holiday instead.

Hope to see you on here joining in the chat.

Hi - I found everyone on here welcoming, whether MH owner or not. Some people go to rallies in cars and spend the day. Don't think anyone cares - could turn up on a bike I reckon.

Criteria I think is being in love with the concept - plus being able to pull a cork and fry sausages!!!! Haven't done it yet, but I'm aiming to escape to a rally this year.

Everyone has their strong points - some folk are hilarious and some take photos well etc., etc., Lots of animal owners on here. It's not all about MH's. Many members are carers too, or have interests in common.

And there's much support if you are in a jam of some kind (which I invariably am).

So welcome, and goodnight from the night owl department!! #Evil Bat #Evil Bat Couldn't find an owl, so you've got two bats to make up for it!

Hi Agnes and welcome to our community of MotorhomeFacts.

As has been said earlier, you don't need a motorhome to join us. There have been many members who have joined for the information which our members so willingly provide and who eventually get their own pride and joy.
There are others who have joined who are in love with the concept and who just enjoy our company.
All are welcome.

Welcome to MHF. We had our dream of owning a MH from the time we met 30years ago. Finally goto one nearly two years ago.

I love MHF, as much for the MHing stuff as for the friendships I have made on here. It is a real community, and it can be great fun. I miss my fix of it if I can't come on her at least once (once??) a day.

We have a bit of fun in the chatroom most nights, definitely not a lot of MHing talk in there!! More a lot of fun and sometimes a bit of nonsense, and discussion of all sorts of things, including usually, chocolate and....well chocolate and icecream..........but that it just the serious stuff.
So come in any night from about 8.30ish onwards.

Take care
Ca

Hi agnes261

What a great first post, why not do the lottery from time to time just in case! You sound like you deserve your dream motor home, I hope one arrives soon.

My mh sits on the drive quite a lot and we dream of going off in it but have to do other things, but when the time comes it is great and we do feel lucky. Its a great thing to aim for agnes - good luck!

PS Hey bandaid - 'vicariously' - I'm well impressed, had to look it up!
