Just got this email from Roydon Mill caravan Park, seems like they must be closing....
I'm trying to get long term parking for our m/h in Royson/Baldock area at a price that we can afford, as on cc site at moment and cost is killing us!

This is about the 3rd park I've contacted that have said they are closing, and there was me thinking this part of lesuire industry was booming with all the sales of caravans and motorhomes.

Thaank you for your recent E Mail. Unfortunately we would not be able to take your motorhome on a long term basis. We used to provide this facility but are no longer doing it and from the 31st July all our caravans have to be removed from our park. I am sorry that we can not help you.

... or maybe they're making use of storage space for tourers / static / chalets? I'd be surprised if it was closing, since it always seems very busy on the lake they have there.
