I have really, really tried with Biomagic. We used it in our last van for several months and have used it in our current one for the last 6. I have to say I will not being buying anymore when the can is empty. I have tried everything including collecting rabbit poo and yoghurt to start the 'process' but the solids still dont even begin to break down and it all smells no matter how much I put in. So the big question is what to use next. When we collected our van from Chelston there was a nice smelling and efficient chemical in the loo which apparently is their own make, only available to purchase in the shop so I will have to wait until we are next in that direction.
I did see a product advertised in the CC magazinemade, I think by Elsan, which looked interesting so maybe I will try and find a dealer who sells it

The trouble i find with Biomagic is that it is exspensive and if the cassette fills up fast you have to empty it before it has time to break down the solids and do it`s job, basically throwing money down the drain Sad but I did find that it was good for the grey waste tank.

When we get back home and empty tank I put Biomagic in and it keeps it smelling fresh to to the next outing.

Alan.

Hello chereekee,

Thanks for the link. As I said we used Biomagic in two brand new toilet cassettes so there should have been no contamination or traces of chemicals in them. I am sorry we found Biomagic ineffective as we want to be as green as we can. I have another gallon at home as due to the high cost of carriage and my enthusiasm/confidence, perhaps I will try again, Regards, Alan.
