Hi I am Lisa and my partner is Tony we also have a black lab called lucky. we live in a small market town in Gloucestershire. Are hopeing to start full timing as soon as our house sales (No Luck Yet) !!! We do alot of Outdoor Markets around the country. But find going up north is a bit far so a motorhome would be ideal and less bills ie: council tax ect... We are looking at buying a auto-trail cheiftian as ideal to carry our stock as well as a nice home. We know it's big but we do mainly large Markets so not a problem. So for our dream to come true hopefully the house will sell and we can get out on the open road soon. Thats enough about us hope you are all well.

Lisa

Welcome Lisa and Tony,

We are in the same boat - waiting for house to sell. Have just changed Estate Agents as the last ones did b***er all. It's been up for Sale for a year now and only had 2 viewings in all that time.

Good luck with yours. There's a wealth of information on this site and some very knowledgable people just itching to answer all your questions.

Thank you for the welcome. Hope the weather in spain stays nice for you C7KEN a bit cloudy here but warm. Hope you sale your house soon WIZZO we were with a estate agent but also they did not get anyone through our door they all say to rent as people are not buying at the moment. So we are doing it ourselves on ebay and have our own board outside had more veiwings than estate agent, it will save on fees for agents. INVICTA your dog coco sounds lovely our lab lucky eats alot to she is 3 yrs old and always wants attention. We sell Gifts, Figurines and watches off to Dalish warren market tomorrow hope the weather is ok.

Thanks again for welcome

Hi Lisa,

As you do trading and are our and about in all weather, what motorhome do you have? Also what gennie?

I'm a photographer and we are booked into a number of shows etc this year and probably more next year. I need space to stow the gazebo and pics etc.

We are relatively new to motorhoming full stop so any info welcome!

Wendy / Steve.

Hi wendy and steve.

We do trade all year round? Are you only doing part-time living in motorhome?

As on some of our markets/shows we are asked the length of our vehicle and then charged for the full length. So a large motorhome can be expensive!!! we have gone for a Auto Trail Cheiftain because we are living in it full time now and need the garage and underfloor storage for stock. But we pick our Markets/Shows that do not charge for length of vehicle but size of stall.

We have a Honda Power Station gennie, we use it everyday as we use alot of electricity. There are cheaper ones if you do not need it everyday.

The best thing is to find a motorhome with alot of outside storage.

Best of luck

Lisa and Tony
