Hi everyone
The OH is not so keen, especially as there is no room for her and the 2 children. Laughing

I am amazed by the number of members with big bikes (as opposed to scooters). Perhaps we should have a photo gallery of our bikes, or even form a splinter group. Maybe call it Motorhomer Bikers Facts.

Hi SWIO i bought the folding trailer, but i must add that it is not suitable for a touring bike with fairings(very difficult to tie down)you are not too far away to come and have a look at mine. ...END...

I just bought a Bonneville America, If I am over your way will get back to you. About 260 kilos I think. enough points to tie down as no fairing. I need something easy to store as very little space here.

Not ridden a bike since the 1970,s just got this about four weeks ago. Still deciding if I like the forward controls as the footrests are about 12 inches forward from normal.

Do you still do Clay Pigeon shooting, not done any for a few years now, not got the time. Used to go every Sunday morning.

Thanks for your offer, I do out that way on occasions.

Hi, best and easiest to use trailer I've see is the Van Vossen one from Holland. It is dead easy to lower, push your bike on, secure then just raise again using the built in pump. They have an excellent web site with a video of the trailer in use.

I know they have a UK agent; I've seen his ad in the BMW club magazine but sorry, can't remember his name! I first saw this trailer when on a bike tour in the Alps a couple of years back. 2 Dutch guys had trailered their Yamahas down from the North of Holland then spent the week on 2 wheels. ....Wimps, but I'm considering getting one for my BMW GS (can tow behind the 'van or car)

Good Luck!
