I'm travelling to Belgium next week to search for a used MH. Does haggling work on the continent? I will have a big wad of cash. What kind of a percentage discount should I look for? Or is it looking for extra accessories a better way of increasing value for money?
Any advice would be gratefully received.

Firstly, welcome to the site, hope you find it useful.
I can only speak for Germany and used M/Hs but I certainly found that waving cash around can get you some discounts or other advantages like free delivery to port, free export plates etc.
As usual it depends on the deal you are trying to do. If buying from a large dealer he will usually have some margin to play with, especially if his asking price is high. Unless you can get a discount (I found these guys will offer around 10% if pushed) then go elsewhere. The smaller dealers tend to work on tighter margins so scope for discount is less, but there again their asking price is usually lower anyway. Private deals are a law unto themselves!
Best of luck - and make sure you shop around.
