I can't login / Access parts of the site / Enter Chat room

One of the first things to do is to add MHF to your trusted sites within Internet Explorer (If applicable or similar in whatever browser you utilise)

Go to the Tools menu -> Internet Options and click on that as below:-

Next click on the Security Tab at the top and then click on Trusted Sites icon and then click on the Sites Button

Enter *.motorhomefacts.com in the text field provided as below:-

Click on the Add button to add MHF to your trusted sites. You should see the screen below:-

Click on OK

This should solve 90% of the issues faced by our users

Chat Room Problems
Majority of problems faced when trying to use the real time chat rooms on the site are caused by Pop-Up Blockers stopping the chat screen popup being produced.
Many popup blockers can be temporarily disabled by using extra keys when entering the site such as the CTRL key[/img]
