Having just been touring for while, we found that Tomom One gave us more problems in Spain than anywhere else. It seemed to want to shove us up dirt tracks alot. Consequently I bought the latest Western Europe map, and as others have mentioned had to get a new SD card for it to fit on.
I have to say that I don't like the usability compared to the old Western Europe map.
Also, despite it's larger size, they have decided NOT to include the Isle of Man. Just as well we know where we are going on the Island.
