help with ford valencia motorhome

Hi i have a ford valencia motorhome 97, it has a u shaped lounge, under the left side seat it has a switch labelled charger with another switch on the outside of the seat, this switch has no label to it... can anyone please tell me what these switches are for? they do not seem to do anything when pressed....

your help would be greatly appreciated...

Could the outer switch be for the water heater?
