Hi All
I have a reply from Calor. They have said that a direct exchange is the correct way no new contract needed, this is what I have said all along but dealers will not have it but now Calor are going to instruct All dealers of Calor Gas the correct way. I also asked about customers that have already paid will they get their money back Calor said they would if they went back to the supplier, if not contact Calor direct and tell them tel no is 01926330088 I spoke to a man called Steve I think he is the cylinder manager.

Regards.

Ron

I also use Gaslow refillable. My MH has room for two 6kg cylinders so once you are setup with one Gaslow you can buy a connector pipe so as to refill the old type gas cylinder as well.

If you mean that you are filling a normal' exchange' type of Calor bottle from your connection to the Gaslow then you could kill people: as I understand it, and I stand to be corrected if I am wrong, the Calor bottles do not have an 80% shut off valve ..........
