Totally agree RR!

This would iron out all the present anonomlies that currently exist. Why should the VAT exemption only be available to those who use wheelchairs? Why not disability scooters? I have both. I mainly use a disability scooter but for short journeys while travelling, to save having to unload the Lightway scooter I carry in the RV, I use the wheelchair.

I will be relying on my attendant controlled wheelchair entirely for the next few days as I am having an operation on my right hand later today and will not be able to operate the controls on the scooter. My independence will then be lost and I will be entirely dependent on family members and friends to both drive me and push me in my wheelchair.
