hi all, just a general enquiry, i have seen a site advertising 12 volt sky satellite receivers and wonder if anyone has experience of these regarding suitability for touring please??

Don't be fooled by the 12 volt as most batteries will give out more than that resulting in a blown unit. I don't know the exact details but somebody will be along soon that will

[size=18:0ba304514f][/size:0ba304514f]reference the post on using 12volt, you have to use a 12volt regulator for use on recievers or 12volt tv's. hope this helps
