This aire is now closed off with a height barrier, as I found out Friday night, although there is now another 'aire' opened up opposite the orginal across the river by a boarded up building, looks awful at night but a bit better in daylight . Noisy from the moped raceway but no hassle otherwise. About 10-15 vans there this weekend.

Hi

We met Jock and Rita there yesterday, and there was no height barrier.

The only thing i can think of, is that we were at the wrong/differnt one as it didn't look like the one in the photo Rolling Eyes. Jock hadn't been there before either, but both our got there by using TT POI Question

Doug

I'm sure Jock will respond if he gets WiFi

There are 2 aires listed, the one that is open had a lot of trees or shrubs near it and in a residential area (it was dark when I got there), the one that was closed is right on the seafront and apparently has been closed since july and is being redeveloped as part of a big scheme.
