Our 4500 wide Fiamma Zip awing is very difficult to wind out of the housing, when it does come out it drops a couple of inches with a thud,it is then very difficult to wind back into the housing somebody as to hold the front plate it up or it will catch the bottom of the housing and wont go back in.When closed it does not sit flush. We did use it once in high wind this is when the problem started. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Ebby

Hi Ebby, It is normal for them to drop a bit when exiting the box. However what you need to do is on LEVEL ground wind the awning right out & back in again at least twice before deciding if there is a problem. A;so make sure there are no leaves or other debris on the top of the material when winding it back in, Steve

What Steve said, but get a second person to support it as it winds further out, or you will have two problems to deal with. Shocked Shocked
