I don't think you can get a Freesat card for £20.

I suspect that you are confusing Freeview with Freesat.

Freesat:

No i do mean a freesat card for £20

see one of the questions on your link

"Q: I already have Sky digital satellite equipment - what else do I need?
A: All you need to gain access to the free channels available on the digital satellite platform is a Freesat from Sky viewing card, which costs just £20. If you’d like to access the interactive services available, you’ll also need a working phone line. To purchase a viewing card please phone Sky on 08448 244 400.

Hi

I am assuming you are using a SKY receiver and a satellite dish.

With a card, you will receive the FREE channels broadcast via the SKY platform. When I say FREE, I mean free of monthly subs.

One of the two - either channel Four or Five is currently FREE but is ENCRYPTED. You need the card to see the channel that is encrypted. These channels are due to be FREE to receive and NOT ENCRYPTED this year all being well.

You can find a list of such channels - FREE to receive in that do not pay per month, but that may be ENCRYPTED by looking at the link below.

ENCRYPTED means that you cannto see the channel without a card in place.

Regards

Russell

well i got a card as i wanted ch4 and ch5. The card came then i found out to authorise the card i had to connect it to the actual receiver (which was in the motorhome) then disconnect my sky+ home set up to connect in my mobile pace unit.
As i discovered ch4 is now free and i heard ch5 was also i was going to send the card back and cancel it as i couldnt be bothered to set it all up and authorise it. However after 30 mins and a cup of coffee i felt a lot more chilled and sorted it all out and figured it was only £20 so what the heck.
So now its all sorted and i have a few more channels that i probably wont watch but hey ho i saved some money at the weekend buying the carlsberg export deal at tesco for a fiver.
With hindsight ive gotta agree it probably aint worth it but im too lazy to return it (can you see a pattern emerging )
