Please can someone try to explain what I'm doing wrong with my locking procedure! The van is a new Renault Master. If all the doors are unlocked (I've used the switch on the cab ceiling to make sure!), I go outside. make sure all are closed and press the central locking fob. All doors lock except the back ones.

Twice I've done something that *has* made them lock, but I don't know what it was Embarassed

Usually, I have to open the back door, turn the knob inside and then it's locked - but that's not central Crying or Very sad

I know I'm thick, so no one needs to be careful how they tell me Laughing

Thanks for making me run out and check my Renault master is locked!!!

It is. I obviously don't have a problem Very Happy

. All I do is shut the doors and press the key fob - all doors lock. There is no special trick.Sounds like you have a problem. I would the locking mechanism have it checked at a Renault garage under the warranty.

Thanks Ronidog - yes we were a bit worried to think we'd probably left it several times over our first weekend with the back doors unlocked!! Will do as you suggest and get it checked out.
