Cant help you there unless you want to come to 'sunny' Sussex but if you give Darren, Glenn or Ian a call I am sure they can give you some professional advice.

Regards

Peter

Stephen

Have you tried your local Elldis dealer, they will know where the correct load points are, if MH is still in warranty probably only sensible route

I don't know of a bike rack fitter in your area but, if you have heavy bikes, can I suggest you consider this type of bike rack ( a Fiamma Lift ) ? The bikes are put on the rack at ground level and the whole rack and bikes is then winched up to travelling height using the same system that winds your awning in and out.

We've seen one of these in use and it looked totally effortless - we were deeply jealous !

I think Hayes Leisure in Darlaston/Wednesbury area are Eldiss dealers. Not bought from them but have spent time with them looking. Seem very competent.

For 60 kg electric bikes the only racks to consider are Thule platform racks which fit on a tow-bar.

Fiama bike lift racks are not very good .. They are clumsy to use and the bikes rattle. We junked ours as it bent.

We have the Thule rack and the bikes dont move and are easy to lift on. Our local garage fitted the towbar (from Watling ) and the Thule rack comes as an easily bolt together kit.

What bikes do you have ... we have just replaced our Easy Sprints with Kalkoffs

email me if you need more info
