I have a 2007 Autoquest 115 and was wondering whether the vehicle battery would charge up instead of the habitation battery if I were to flick the power supply switch to VEH whist on a mains hookup? Possible 'stupid question' caption Rolling Eyes

Most leisure chargers should have 3 settings- veh (or similar), off, on site (or similar).

Veh will charge your leisure battery whilst the veh is moving from the alternator. Off is, well off! and on site is for when on site on mains. In any mode it will only charge the leisure batt(s) unless you have a device which sends charge to the veh batt first and then to the leisure whan that is full.

Vanbitz do such a device.

Not a stupid question at all. As far as I can see it's a "some do, some don't" situation. If you have a multimeter you could tell by voltage readings on the battery terminals whether it does or not, unless someone with a similar model actually knows.....
