Hi Everyone,

Have just spent time welding new wheel arches onto my G Reg Auto-Sleeper Rambler.
Now comes the painting!! or it would if I can get matching paint. Plate under bonnet says tropico beige, eventually found someone who could mix and put in aerosols, but it doesn't match!
Auto-Sleepers hand book says its painted in Peugeot Antelope Beige, got some from Halfords it's a better match but not very close.
I work for Brown Brothers a leading paint supplier for car refinishing, and even then both colours in professional 2 pack paint match what is in the two different spray cans but not the rest of the van!
Does anyone else know what colour my van actually is,or had the same problem? it has never been resprayed before.

Thanks,

daniel.

If you call Autosleepers I am sure they will give you the code for the paint if it is not listed on the page above.

Mike

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the reply, very helpful, I've painted over weekend in Tropico Beige but will try small amount of others listed to see if they are a better match!
I wasn't expecting it to be perfect match due to 'vans age but hopefully one of the others will be a better match.

Thanks,

Daniel.
