Hi Rusty

We have experienced this problem before and if I remember correctly it was identified as a corrupt cookie problem. First thing to do is to clear all your cookies and then try again.

And before everyone starts to worry that someone else may be able to log into their account I can assure them that it isn't possible without the correct user password, user accounts are not compromised by this bug.

It depends on the browser you're using.

Presuming you use IE, go to the "Tools" command on the top line and select "internet options". Select the "General" tab then click on the box labeled "Delete Cookies". This should reset the system and remove any corrupt cookies.

Other browsers will use a similar system but the access route may vary.
