We have never had to move after settling down so no, not dodgy.
What you can't do is foresee just what might happen after you have settled.

Sometimes the best looking places can be a problem. I remember on the aire at Annecy le Vieux all was fine until the late evening when the car park adjoining was turned into a race track by local youth. This until 4.00am!

Last year we were back there but having had the experience we used the aire for its services (water and dumping) but used a carpark about 400m away with about 10 others for overnighting.

Like campsites, aires vary in quality of facilities and location.

Yes Dodger, condensation is a pain but a quick wipe with the window scraper and a towel at the bottom does the trick. I think, since space is at a premium with us, we will stick to turning the thermostat up a notch and cuddling a little closer at night. Wink
