Hi

It's good that you are able to stay overnight. Looking back to the day we collected our first 'van 3 years ago - there is a lot to remember. Take a pen and paper and make a list of anything you are not sure or happy about. Do not hand over the balance of money to the dealer until you are sure that either everything is fine, or you have negotiated a resolution to any niggles. Notwithstanding comments on Brownhills, I am sure they are no worse than any other, large, busy business and there sales people will be on a tight schedulle - but do not let them rush you. Do not expect everything to be perfect on collection - I hope it is, but remember, you are buying a house as well as a vehicle and there are almost always some snagging issues to contend with. Have a drive around Newark on the first day and report back to them if anything is not spo-on. Focus on detail - it's the little niggles that can cause the most dissatisfaction if not dealt with straight away, because they will be the least of the dealer's problems subsequently. I know this sounds like basic stuff, but trust me, there is so much to learn and remember at first, that will become second nature with experience.

Have a great lifetime of journeys in your new holiday home
