Did anyone see this in the Daily Mirror today?

' The worlds first amphibious motor home was launched with an impressive splash yesterday.

It can do 80mph on the road and 6 knots in the sea.

The 42ft Terra Wind is the brain-child of US husband and wife inventors John and Julie Giljam, from South Carolina.

It's a roomy, luxury coach that can be driven to the seaside - where it instantly converts into a boat after a simple gear change.

The ocean-going mobile home comes with marble floors, all mod-cons, a full size jacuzzi and even queen-sized bed with mirrored ceiling.

It is currently on display at the RV show in Washington.

Prices start from £500,000'
