I have a Navman iCN 610 model. When trying to download maps of Europe off my pc everything is fine until I have to enter the map product key. The product key on the cd case is 16 digits whereas the boxes on my pc screen will only allow 15 digits to be entered. I have tried omitting the first or last digits to make it fit, but without success. When entered, a symbol saying invalid product key appears.
Anybody out there with any ideas?
Cheers
Skippy

I have an ICN 650. The product keys are 16 digits each. Is it possible that you may have the maps for the ICN 650. Check the back of the software package.

Another suggestion. According to www.navman.com the software can only work on one device. Has the software been installed on any other machine?

If you get no joy you can e mail Navman technical support from links posted on www.navman.com.

What I found with the Pin570 was although they supplied you with the CDs etc you then had to purchase a product key for it to work - very misleading IMHO although you can use the base maps which give you the main routes.
For what its worth I am not impressed with the product knowledge the Navman sales people had on maps, one chap was very abrupt and transferred me to technical who agreed with me, spoke to sales and then transferred me back to sales.

I got the wrong Pin when I bought mine supposed to have been loaded with the GB maps but came with the Baltic maps instead Rolling Eyes
Spoke to Navman after 2 frustrating days thinking it was me being a bit thick, they were most appologetic and gave me a master pin that unlocked all their European maps for free as compensation for my woes.
Great service in my book Cool

All the maps are unlocked if you buy the Navman mentioned in my post above.
