We've just bought a new CCI card and the only thing that has changed is that the poor lady was forced to read out to me a long jabberish statement about the ins and outs of....well...you know what...apparently insisted upon by the FSA ( Financial Services Authority).!!!!!

We have just had a repeat prescription

When we started going abroad we got 3 months prescriptions
Now they have been put back to 1 month

Why???????

We are over 60 and this makes us likely to over order and we will start hoarding medicines

I am seding a letter of complaint
We have started booking on the web and could be sailing away next day for 3 months or longer
