Just bought the april edition of practical motorhome my 2nd favorite m/h mag (MMM being the first). Normally a very good read but this month i came across a 4 page spread devoted to cordless drills! 4 pages in a m/h magazine! I could understand a quick review over a page but i think they could use the space for more m/h oriented subjects.
What next, a forum topic here for orbital sanders and stepladders.
What are your views?
By the way, next month it's impact wrenches, can't wait....

Lets be honest, its [b:c9628b7475]Practical[/b:c9628b7475] Motor home!
I would think for them to have had four pages, they must have had some ‘sponsorship’ to have so many pages.
Following on from autostratus, perhaps they could be converted in to wind generators as the motor is an ideal size and voltage.
Being tight, I did purchase a recent issue just for the CD of camping sites to see if I could transfer the database to a spreadsheet then import it in to my GPS – Haven’t achieved that so far, but working on it

I see lots of caravanners & tenters/trailer tenters using cordless drills on sites so perhaps useful for motorhomers as well. Corner steadies, yes, how many other uses can we come up with (apart from the obvious of running repairs to the outfit)
Puting up windbreaks! Suggestion on another forum, use a very large wood bit to make a hole to put the windbreak pole into.
Anyone any other ideas?
