Hi All,

Stew - Artona - came to visit us over the weekend. Those of you who have met Stew, Shona and Jessica, will know just how beautiful Jessica is. A budding model if every there was one!

We took them to a gig with my mates band The Rockin' Bandits last night.

f2.8

iso 10,000
70 - 200 f2.8VR at 70mm

These where taken with my new Nikon D3S which I bought yesterday and is now a Sister to my existing Nikon D3X. The D3S is renowned for it's low light ability and the second picture shows just how good it is.

The first was taken with my new Nikon 85mm 1.4G lens an absolute corker for portraits.

Best regards

Chris

Excellent photos and very nice equipment.

However ISO 10,000 - is that correct?

Hi Stew,

No I did not see you take those pics. But how did you make me 20 years older? A very neat trick you have made in photoshop there!

Hi David,

Yes the Nikon D3S is an amazing camera with incredibly low light ability. However, the D700 is also very good as Stew is finding out!

Regards

Chris

Hi Chris

Glad you got logged on...........The aging trick is something we paps are all duty bound to use on all photographs of members of parliament. It was agreed a few years ago that the public should be protected from knowing we are controlled by schoolboys and girls Laughing Laughing

A bigger trick though was sitting three feet from you with a 35mm wide angle lens on, pointing the camera straight at you, taking the photograph and doing all that without you realising Very Happy Very Happy
