Have you tried searching for sing makers in the yellow pages http://www.yell.co.uk in your area, I have seen some at the motorcaravan shows. The logo's signs etc are made from vinyl. I would guess they can now print almost any design you want.
I used to pass a shop everyday which used to make stick on graphics but they aren't there any longer unless I could have asked what they have.

Sorry about delay in replying, I hadnt forgotten you, but been busy last couple of weeks pc probs etc. I contacted a mate with a graphics company initially he said mega bucks, but came back as he thinks a chap he knows may well have the required art work, which is the major expense. He will come back to me. If we are too late to help either post or pm me, when he gets artwork will send me sample etc to see if its what you have in mind.
