One common issue that occurs when people renewed subscriptions was that they would be presented with a full page login form when checking out which if scanned quickly you could be forgiven for missing the "Login here if you are an existing customer" section and this caused some issues with customers going through the entire form filling in all their details to finally get an error saying an account already exists and ensuing confusion.

We took this onboard and have had the checkout modified as follows:-

1.Initial page shows a very simply screen with two buttons for Login and Create account
2. if Login is clicked then a login form appears (without having to refresh the form page)
3. If Create account button is clicked the full create account form appears

This should prevent any confusion and help with renewals and any BIG expensive purchases that customers are making to save money before VAT Increase / Suppliers put up prices in the new year Wink
